Cancellation
Provided notice is received by 1 May 2022, a full refund will be given minus a 10% administration charge. Provided notice is received by 1 June 2022, a 50% refund will be given. Unfortunately for registrations cancelled after 20 June 2022, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
Should you test positive for Covid-19 or be required to self-isolate, do not attend the conference. In this case we will fully refund registration fees and accommodation booked through the conference registration page.
In the unlikely event that it is necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. NbSI shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
COVID-19 Information
For the safety, comfort and reassurance of all our staff and guests, we kindly request that conference delegates have:
- A negative lateral flow test taken before arrival to the venue (tests to be taken the morning that you intend to arrive at the venue).
and
- Are fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to attending the conference.
or
- Have natural immunity following self-isolation period and up to 180 days after a positive PCR test result.
